They sell asters and the seeds. I have asters everywhere and came to this site to make certain they are asters. I live in NE Louisiana and I am a transplant myself. I come from the deseret so many of the plants here I have never seen before. I'm very happy to know what the flowers I have are and that they are such wonderful plants and many people also love them. I also have recently discovered what Goat Weed is great for. I love collecting the black seeds and my (wild) doves love to eat it. It is a wonderful treat for the doves. I have propbly a couple hundred thousand as I colleceted the seeds for 2 years and will be sowing them this spring so the doves sill have plenty of treats next year. Happy Gardening

I have been waiting to reply until I saw how the plants were doing. I have purchased this plant before and I know how much they hate shipping and look awful when they come in so wanted to evaluate Since it is so hot here (central NC) I potted all the plants and put them in my greenhouse to baby them. They are looking great with not only new growth coming off the original stems but new growth coming up from the roots. I will put them out in the garden when this bloody weather cools off for good and we get some rain
