“I learned from the folks who designed my pond that the filter would not be serviceable for me, so I have to return it. The service from the seller is excellent as they are allowing me to return the item for a refund. I own the identical filter and thought I would achieve some efficiencies in terms of cleaning and management, but learned that it would not improve the operation of my system and accommodating the second filter would have required other unnecessary modifications.”

“I have enjoyed using this filter. The price was right and it has done well for my pond and helped keep the water clear and clean and my turtles and fish happy. It was easier to hook up than I originally anticipated too. I have since added a faux rock cover over top to blend with the landscape better.”

“Filled my order very quickly. I contacted their support to say that I had accidentally given them an incorrect email address. Ben emailed me right back and kept me apprised of the packing and shipping process. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. (It was a replacement for a previous pressure filter which had been operating for years and was beginning to wear out.) I had it swapped and running in a matter of minutes.Very satisfied!”
