PondMax says it will fit my 2015 unit but that was not so.

Hey Allan - There is an O-Ring holder that is included on the current generation of transformers that needs to be removed before it will fit onto your filter. Once the holder has been removed the transformer will fit in the pre-2016 lid assembly. On the lid of the pre-2016 lid assembly, there is a little ledge that holds that o-ring in place instead of the O-Ring holder which is likely the cause of your issues. I hope this helps! Best, Derek

Part did not fit.. called out to fit.. i had to strip the guts out and swap over to the original housing...
