“Experience has gone swimmingly, the issue is the product. I've been using a PF1200 Pondmax for years and they've modified all their parts seemingly only for forced purchase/profit. Play it Koi has been a sound experience, these PondMax guys are crooks though. I just needed one part, a drop-down stem, I noticed when looking at them that they modified them, so I had to purchase a whole new lid. Well the new lid doesn't fit in the old bucket, so I ordered a new bucket, well the crank handle doesn't fit in the new bucket... anywho spent way more over 4 orders than I would've in 1 full purchase of a new unit, but all of this was just to replace one part of the filter. Super frustrating.”
