“very poor. I forgot to add two items to an order, within 1 hour I notified the seller and they responded confirming reciept. They charged me delivery for the two items I forgot, the total order was well over $150 and they have free shipping over $100. The kept saying they couldnt catch the sfirst order however they could easily have just refunded the shipping showing me they really lack true caring - on top of that both items arrived at same time and according to shipping information the shippers recieved the orders at same time. So glad this happened since I found a new supplier with much more afforable prices and half the shipping time.”
