“this replacement part was incorrect it fit perfect where it attached to the top of the filter but at the lower end where it met the bottom sponge plate and the backwash rinsing paddle it was way to long and the sponge plate would not lock in to hold it in place. By the time I figured this out I was already commited to the completion to protect my investment in my fish so I had to modify the tube which took 2 hours to accomplish and be able to re-install. All in all i'm not unhappy with your service but frustrated that this seemed to be the only replacement available, don't know if there is another style or if my filter is an earlier model. We purchased our filter in 2020. My research doesn't indicate any other replacement parts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.”
