“not only did I receive rhizomes, there were healthy plants growing. Bare root. Well packaged. Rhizomes have multiple eyes along with healthy plant above. When experienced difficulty receiving parcel sent through USPS due to COVID19, Ben at Play it Koi stepped in and made a second shipment utilizing FedEx. Plants arrived promptly, the next day at no additional cost. I would recommend this business and shop here again for my pond needs.”

“This is my second time to stop by the Playitkoi store. I love koi fish from Ben' pond, they are beautiful and healthy. I bought 10 fish in two days...The owner is very nice and he has super customer service skill...you will like him and his fish!”

“The plants were delivered in a very healthy state suitable for immediate planting. It did not take long for the evidence of a successful transplant to show as new shoots sprouted within a week. I look forward for a brilliant display of orange blooms just in time for the opening kickoff of the Clemson Tigers.”

“We bought 37 of these plants for the perimeter of our pond. We had them shipped to our place in illinois about a month ago. All were packed well and we received them very quickly. I'm happy to report, all are still happy and healthy and growing strong. Several have already started blooming and we couldn't be more happy. Hummingbirds are all around and every guest we have that comes over always comments how beautiful these are! Anyhow, felt obligated to report back on progress. Very satisfied! THANK YOU Play It Koi! You are the best!”
