“Buying a pond skimmer, I already expected to have to empty out the basket everyday. However this pond skimmer sometimes positions itself wrong and stops working until you go out there and drown it under the water which can cause any stuck debri to go back into your water. This isn't too much effort, but it does mean I have to check on it several times a day to make sure it's actually working. When it does work though, it does a good job.”

“A friend recommended that I try one of these skimmers on my pond. I was skeptical as it is a rather large pond and I didn't think such a small skimmer would be effective. This skimmer does a marvelous job, very efficient. It does require daily maintenance to clean the basket, but it only takes a moment and removes a fair amount of litter that would otherwise sink and become debris.”
