“For the money, this feeder is built out of subpar materials. The whole thing is made of plastic and just feels cheap. The plastic is thin and the hopper is clear. Not sure how fresh the food will stay with the sun beating through the clear plastic. There is not a master power switch so if you want to completely shut it off you have to take it apart and remove the battery. The instructions aren’t clear on a couple of things but I managed to put it together with a little common sense. I wanted something that had great build quality and would last. This cheap thing, being in the sun, I would be surprised if I get 3-4 years out of it. Should have paid a little more and got the Koi Cafe but unfortunately Play It Koi doesn’t carry them. Do not recommend.”

“I am super impressed with this automatic programmable feeder. It has lithion ion batter that seems to last forever. Mine has been working flawlessly for the last 3 mos straight on a single charge. I've filled it up full 3 times now. It accepts a full 5lb bag of food. Super impressed and my fish are happy.”
