“I purchased the Sea Side Aquatics PP65 e few months ago and I can only say positive things about both the item and the experience I had with PlayItKoi. Ben was most helpful in all phases: first in helping me find out what I needed in my setup, then in the prompt shipment, and last and most important of all in the set-up phase. The equipment itself is fantastic, it delivers what it claimed, and at such a competitive price, the only flaw is in the set up manual. The instructions are a bit lacking, so I had to use Ben (and Tom at Seaside) to help me figure out a couple of things. But after some minor difficulties with their help I was able to install the machine and it has worked flawlessly ever since. Ben in particular has been so helpful via email and phone. To help me problem solve we exchanged several phone calls, some past office hours, and a couple even on a Sunday. I have been so impressed with their product and services that I would even give them 6 starts if it were possible :)”
