50% of the food was broken in the bag therefore it does not sinks it floats and goes into my skimmer. Somebody should check with the manufacturer to see if that’s the way they’re all being shipped when vacuum packed. I would highly suggest opening up a bag in your warehouse to see how broken it is. Not happy with what I received for the second shipment that I’ve ordered for 300+ dollars.

Not sure if I will order Ken Zen sinking Koi Food again. This is the second batch I’ve purchased that 50% of the foods broken when you open it therefore it does not sync it floats and goes into my skimmer. I think the quality of the good food is there but I have yet to receive a package this year that hasn’t had most of it crashed and small pieces. I’m wondering if that’s the way the suppliers are getting it or if anyone else has brought this up. Maybe open up a bag in your warehouse and check it but the four bags I’ve received are all 50% broken.
