I like this thing. It is unobtrusive and keeps the plants together and unmolested by the pond inhabitants

Looks good and works great however the 3 ft. Round island works better for my large pond but they were out of stock at the time of my order.

I love these floating planters. They keep the koi from destroying the plant roots and provide easy access to water for small birds

The product has no room whatsoever for the floating plants roots. I thought this has a few inches but it's pretty much flat on the mesh bottom. If my Hyacinth & Lettuce grow here I'll update this review. It has no space for the roots at all. Otherwise seems fine. But really needs to incorporate about a 4" mesh deep. It's not even 1" I don't believe.

HI Dave, sorry to hear your expectations weren't met on this product. We employ about 10-12 of these in our pond and they seem to grow Hyacinth, water lettuce, and all other floaters really well. Please do let us know if your experience is any different and thank you for sharing. best! - PIK crew
