“Ben was very helpful and empathetic due to the sensitive nature of my purchase of Tricaine-S (MS 222) Fish Anesthetic. Ben was very compassionate, understanding and apologetic for the reason of my purchase. His understanding, knowledge and support were really superb. It is never an easy decision to euthanize a pet. In most cases where euthanasia is being considered because an irreversible illness or disease, mercy is the only way to go. It was Dropsy in my case and Ken helped me with the dosing information to make it as safe and effortless as possible for me and my pet. Ken was compassionate and very supportive. I could not have asked for a better experience in an already difficult situation. Ken was there for me and showed genuine concern. He was personable and it was a very real experience with him. He left me feeling 100% cared for. He treated me with kindness and respect like any human would want to be treated. This product is not easy to find. The fact that he has it available is a godsend. I will always go back to Play it Koi and you should too! I give Ken props for showing genuine concern and loyalty to his customers. He is very good at following up and communicating, which is critical to having happy customers. Ken understands the key to success is having genuine concern for people and their wellbeing. He made sure all my questions were answered like any great, caring business owner is supposed to do. My only suggestion for improvement would be on the cost of shipping. I needed the medicine right away so I was desperate enough to pay for speedy delivery which cost me more than the bottle of Tricaine-S itself. All in all Play it Koi is on the top of my "love it" list. I am grateful to have been in such caring hands during the entirety of this experience. Thanks Ken, for all your support.”
