“Customer service/purchasing provided professional, timely assistance and follow-up. The kit was made for addressing the problem. Patch was large enough. Directions were easy to follow. Contained all necessary items including gloves and roller for smoothing.”

“First, Ben was extremely helpful, especially when I needed a patch kit right away. He also gave me good advice and I will call on him again if I have questions. The patch kit - my pond is roughly triangular and there was a 1" cut and a 3" cut in one of the corners. The previous owners had used caulk, which was peeling off and water was actively leaking under the liner. I dried the area as well as I could, but because of the water still underneath, it was hard to get a great seal. Did the best I could and then used quite a bit of Gorilla Waterproof Patch and Seal Tape all around the edges so there would be no more leak. This patch kit works best on a flat surface and I can see it is a good product, but it didn't quite do the job in my corner.”

“I accidentally ripped a few small holes on my liner. Didn’t plan for this late night project . Contacted Ben even thought it’s after business hours, he still managed to let me purchased the patch kits. I have to give him 5 stars in customer service. Drained out 70% 3000 gallons of the water and patched them up with this pond bandage. I don’t have the choice but speed up the drying process by using hair dryer. But if i have choice I would leave them as long as possible or even next day. Stayed up till 2:30 am until my water filled back up, next morning it looked like nothing was ever happened . Easily to use and reasonable price. Highly recommended!”
