“I did not receive a manual with the product but it was so well-labeled it did not need one for installation. Would be nice if I end up having trouble with it but again they have their number to call on the product. A 2000-gallon koi pond and it is keeping up well so far.”

“Works well to keep my pond up above 55 degrees during the winter, so I can continue to feed my fish and grow them out during the cold season. Instructions were a bit lacking, but it wasn't too difficult to install. I had an electrician connect the electricity, and the did the plumbing myself. It works, but I wish the instructions provided a bit more information.”
