“I am not a happy customer. Your product is great, your packing (pump) however is NOT. I just threw away 2 bottles out of the 3 received. On my last order, I threw out 1 out of 3 and the order before that the same. The pump is a disaster. Never mind the 16 pumping action or 25 or 2 days worth - it is useless. I wish I could say I will buy again - but I really have to evaluate the waste. I have been a customer for over a year now-but I think it comes to an end. The current lot# I am tossing is 02503. Maybe when you change the pump- I will revisit a purchase. But throwing away $$ is really frustrating me. Thank you for the opportunity to let you know about my experience with Plexaderm.”
