“One of my bottles is clogged n I can’t get serum out whst should I do.”

Here are a few tips to help. *Prime the bottle – It usually takes about 10-15 firm pumps until product begins to flow. For first-time use, remove cap and gently press the pump approximately 10-15 times to prime. Plexaderm will begin to dispense after the pump has been fully primed. • Place the bottle on a flat, level surface and remove the cap • Using your thumb, slowly and firmly push the pump down until it cannot go any further. • Continue pushing down the pump until product begins to flow, typically about 10-15 pumps; however, it could take longer so be patient • Once the desired amount of product has been dispensed, replace the cap for safe storage IMPORTANT- Do not tamper with the self-sealing valve as this could damage the pump Please let us know if these help to resolve the issue. “I like plexaderm but it really doesn't help a lot with my under eye bags. Plus when I got my order 1 one the bottles was empty nothing would come out of it. So I only got to use 2 bottles instead of 3 bottles.”

“I love Plexaderm !It is now part of my morning makeup routine.I apply under my eyes and in 10 minutes or less (once dried) my puffiness is gone along with 10 years!I find it lasts all day as long as you don’t wet your face.My husband has started using it everyday.We share it like the toothpaste.It dries a neutral color or colorless so no one would know he uses it.Cheaper than Botox and it works!Also,alittle goes a long way!Thanks”

“I just did a serum review and was sorely disappointed in the fact that the $25 coupon has to be redeemed by 11-30-19, that is 12 days. I currently have 2 bottles left from the buy 2 get one free promotion. Had I known I would have only had 12 days to redeem the coupon maybe I wouldn't have taken the time.”
