“This product is the only serum that removes the vertical muscle wrinkles on my cheeks the only problem is it only lasts about 2 hours maybe it needs to be made stronger.”

“It helps a bit but afterwards, there's cracking.”

We understand that experiencing cracking can be frustrating. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue. I recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. “There is an immediate fade of eye wrinkles and lip creases, which is great! However, two issues I have had are: >the Plexaderm gets gritty at times, specifically when I apply my make-up, even after waiting the appropriate “dry time”. I have to wear liquid foundation, as powder gets in my creases, making them more prominent. >Lastly, after several hours, my wrinkles where I applied Plexaderm seem to be visible, even more than they were before I applied the Plexaderm. If only need it for a few hours, it’s great, but does not seem to last most of day. Thank you, Tara”

We appreciate your feedback regarding the grittiness during makeup application and the longevity of the effects. Your satisfaction is important to us, it's best to apply makeup after Plexaderm has set, being as light as possible over the Plexaderm areas and avoiding rubbing. When using additional cosmetics with Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum, water-based products work best. You can also try mixing 1/3 liquid foundation or concealer with 2/3 Plexaderm and apply it with your fingertip. Allow the Plexaderm/foundation mixture to set for 10 minutes. Eyeshadows, liner, mascara, and blush are all good products to use with Plexaderm. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue. I recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product.
