“I love Plexaderm, I use it every day for my undereye bags, I'm 75 but I do not want to look it. I almost had given up on Plexaderm, I really liked the 6 pack and then ordered the pump bottle of 5mg. it did not work, i used it and used it, still it did not work, some product must be missing because it never did get dry and reduce the bags, but then the pen dispenser container came out and I thought I would try again, big difference right away, it works.”

“The product works decently and minimizing wrinkles and under eye bags. The product however is way too expensive. In my opinion the price is excessive and makes one decide to pass on the purchase.”

“I have been using for years but still have trouble every time I use to figuring out the right dosage. If I happen to hit on it I am very happy! Covers my bad eye bags, which is my main concern.”

Thanks for stopping by to leave a review, Brenda! We always say practice makes perfect. I just wanted to provide a couple of tips to ensure you consistently receive the maximum results. Make sure you wash and dry your face completely before starting the application. When you apply, you only need about half the size of a pea for both under eye areas. And finally, make sure you remain expressionless for at least 10 minutes. If you do these things consistently, you should see more consistent results. If you have any trouble with your application, give us a call and we'll be happy to walk you through more tips!

“I’m using plexaderm for a while now it used to be on occasion now I find that I need it every day, but it always dries with a white residue. I don’t care how much or how little I use or however I prepare my skin, that white residue is there which makes me use my foundation under my eyes Which I shouldn’t have to do to cover it up I see advertise a lot of other new products claiming to do the same thing and I feel that I want to start trying these other products and if I’m not satisfied with them eithet then I feel I will just stop using anything under my eyes.”

The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue. I recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. In addition, try mixing 1/3 liquid foundation or concealer with 2/3 Plexaderm and apply with your fingertip. Allow the Plexaderm/foundation mixture to set for 10 minutes. All makeup brands are different so you may need to adjust the Plexaderm-to-foundation ratio until you get the desired results. If for some reason that's not solving the issue for you, please give us a call or email us and we'll be more than happy to walk you through additional tips. We hope this helps!

“TUBES NO MATTER THE SIZE I END UP CUTTING TO GET MORE THAT NOT ABLE TO SQUEEZE OUT. N SUCKS I CANNOT USE WITH FOUNDATION/ MAKEUP. IN DOING SO PUTTING MAKEUP AROUND FACE EXCEPT EYES DOESNT LOOK GOOD.. STRUGGLE TO MAKE IT WORK... EYES PALE. FACE WITH MAKEUP. :(”

You should not have to cut the tubes open to retrieve all the serum. You'll be glad to know that we have come out with new packaging we think you'll love. It's the same great formula, however, it is now in a 10 mL single use tube. This applicator is much more user-friendly and provides a complete 30 day supply. We always say practice makes perfect. When using makeup, try mixing 1/3 liquid foundation or concealer with 2/3 Plexaderm and apply with your fingertip. Allow the Plexaderm/foundation mixture to set for 10 minutes. All makeup brands are different so you may need to adjust the Plexaderm-to-foundation ratio until you get the desired results.
