“Sometimes it works pretty well to flatten bags under eyes. A prolem is the white flakes are sometimes very noticeable, also sometimes not smooth line to the flattenng but lines or bulges. the most significant problem is that because I have dark bags under my eyes, even when the bags are flattened perfectly, the underlying skin is still the same color--- and makeup cannot be used without removing the Plexaderm.”

Hi Joyce We're glad to hear that you have found our serum to be effective in flattening under-eye bags. We understand that the issue of white flakes and occasional patchiness can be concerning. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue. I recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. When using makeup, try mixing 1/3 liquid foundation or concealer with 2/3 Plexaderm and apply with your fingertip. Allow the Plexaderm/foundation mixture to set for 10 minutes. All makeup brands are different so you may need to adjust the Plexaderm-to-foundation ratio until you get the desired results. If that's not solving the issue for you, please call or email us, and we'll be more than happy to walk you through additional tips. We hope this helps!

“Been using this product for a couple years. The product is great but the pump dispenser and small tubes were a pain to use. A lot of waste in each type. I can’t tell you how much better the tubes are now. No waste and so much easier to use. Kudos to the person that changed the packaging.”

“I suffer from under eye bags (hereditary) and absolutely hate the way they make me look. I have tried many different products over the years and I find that Plexaderm works best for me. A tiny amount goes a long way and I never have a white residue buildup. Lasts all day until I take it off. I also love the newer dispensing tube. Makes it so much easier to use up all of the product. No waste. Makes me look at least 10 years younger. My go to product.”

“Have tried numerous other brands that claim miracles happen with their product. In actuality nothing at all happens. Tried plexaderm and it works fantastically. You just have to get the right amount and apply properly, otherwise you might experience a dry flaking experience. Very easy to apply and works instantly. Finally a product that does what it says it does.”
