Hi Debbie, Thanks for sharing your feedback. When you apply the serum, it should be colorless. We don't currently have different shades of Plexaderm. If you are seeing discoloration or residue, this could be an indication that you may be using a little too much on your application. You can also try gently blotting the area with a damp cloth to see if that goes away. Since everyone's skin is different, it takes some experimentation. “Works great just does not last as long as stated”

Hi Rosemarie, Thanks for leaving a review. We're sorry to hear your results aren't lasting as long as you expected. Just to share a few tips, make sure you are applying the serum to a clean dry face. Also make sure after the application, you remain expressionless for at least 10 minutes. Doing these things can help increase the time your results last. Finally remember, you can always reapply as needed if you feel you need to freshen up. Hope this helps you!

“Wow! I tried other products before buying Plexaderm. 1 specifically left a white grainy film under my eyes. It reduced the under bags but left a super obvious film. After a little more research I ordered the Plexaderm trial pack and with 1 use I was sold!! It’s easy to apply, only takes a little, and best of all you can’t tell! No film! Nothing visible! I’m 51 and have lived with under eye bags for years. Now I don’t have to! I highly recommend Plexaderm. Most definitely worth it!!!”

“Love love love the new tube. The serum works well if you get it applied evenly. I am noticing a bit of a discoloration under one of my eyes. It does do an amazing job of removing bags and wrinkles under the eyes. Thank you so much”
