“It works, but it is not a 100% removal of under-eye-bags, but it does make them less noticable, which is a real help..”

“I am very upset with the product right now. once I put it on, it shows white flakey stuff under my eyes. I have tried several different sizes of application of the product to no avail. I loved the product in the past , now I can say it is very irritating that I can not just put it on for the "look" of less puffy eyes. Due to the "flakiness" I do not see a difference in the bags under my eyes”

Hi Lee Kristen, We’re sorry to hear the Plexaderm isn’t meeting your expectations right now and that you’re experiencing flaking. That’s not what we want for our customers. Tips to try: - Use a very small amount (about a half-pea size) in a thin, even layer. - Make sure the skin is clean and completely dry before application. - Wait about 10 minutes for the serum to dry/bond before applying any makeup or other products. - If you notice flaking, reduce the amount further and consider applying in a lighter, more even layer. - Avoid rubbing or pulling the skin.
