“This product works well! I suffer from under eye bags, and find this product to eliminate most of them with a single small bead, and it usually lasts for hours. I have already reordered the 3 pack which will get me thru the summer”

“It works really well on under eyes & puffy cheek areas so l am thrilled with that as it makes a huge difference for sure . I have tried to use it on my upper lip area but it simply is not affective there but truly l am very happy with what it does achieve There is an issue with the tubes as periodically there is somewhat of an internal vacuum effect which results in too much cream being released & subsequently wasted which is disappointing because of the expense of the product”

Although Plexaderm works best under the eyes, we recommend trying a small amount (about a pea-sized or less) on clean, dry skin, spreading it out thin and even and letting it set for about 10 minutes on your lip area. “Second time i have bought the large tubes of Plexaderm and I find it unusable. It gets too thick and causes it to crack and look awful. I have been using g your product for at least 9-10 years. I seem to have better luck when I used the small disposable tubes. I would have ordered the small ones but I didn’t see where you offered them, that is the only reason I ordered the large tubes.”

We understand that factors such as changes in skin over time, environment, or how the product is stored can also influence the results. We designed the new and improved 10mL tube to take the place of the mini tubes, they’re easier to use and contain more product. In addition, we offer Plexaderm in convenient single-use pods, which many customers find help with consistency and ease of application. For best results, here are a few helpful application tips: Use a very small amount (a pea-size or less) and apply in a thin, even layer Make sure your skin is clean and completely dry before application Allow about 10 minutes for the serum to fully dry and bond before applying makeup, in which should be oil free We’d be happy to help you find the best option for your needs or answer any questions you may have, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer experience team at 1-800-681-0366, we're happy to help!

The residue you’re noticing can sometimes be caused by factors like application amount, skin preparation, or even slight formulation or environmental differences (such as humidity or additional skincare products used). Using a very small amount (about a half of a pea), applying it to clean, dry skin, and avoiding oil-based products. When applying the serum, it should be spread out thin and evenly and allow 10 minutes to fully set with minimal facials expressions.
