“I do like this product one glitch is it leaves a white film under my eyes, wish it could be tinted but product does take care of of sagging skin under eyes.”

Hi Laurie, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear the Plexaderm helps with sagging under the eyes, though we’re sorry about the white film. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue. I recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. When using additional cosmetics with Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum, water-based products work best. Try mixing 1/3 liquid foundation or concealer with 2/3 Plexaderm and apply with your fingertip. Allow the Plexaderm/foundation mixture to set for 10 minutes. All makeup brands are different so you may need to adjust the Plexaderm-to-foundation ratio until you get the desired results. “After years of trying the "latest development in wrinkle reduction", I was doubtful that Plexaderm would be the answer. Much to my amazement, Plexaderm really does work! I recommend it for a temporary " youth" lift!”

“Yes, plexaderm is remarkable! You have to learn too much is not good, It will kinda turn white… just a little goes a long way…..and it really last ALL day , hours and hours!!!!”

“I Like that the undereye bags disappear quickly but no matter how little I put on after a short time there is a brownish tone that appears. I wonder if the product has a "shelf life" and deteriorates in the tube after awhile. An of course after a while if you smile or move your face there are cracks that area in the area the product has been applied. But I guess better than nothing.”

The Plexaderm has a 2-year shelf life unopened and 1 year opened. A few quick pointers: - If you’re seeing discoloration, try using a very small amount and apply a thin, even layer to completely clean, dry skin. Allow it to set fully (about 10 minutes) before applying makeup or other products. - If you're using make up/moisturizers, oil free works best. - Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. “I have used this product ever since its release and I can honestly say it works as advertised, however, in MY case on MY skin after about 1/2 hour it leaves a little crusty film under my eyes. I have had to resort to using my wife’s non-oily concealer to cover it and then it takes away most of the effects of the Plexaderm. Wish it were better so I don’t have to hide it.”
