Hi James, Thank you for your honest feedback, we’re glad to hear the Plexaderm works well for you and sorry about the residue you experience. That’s definitely not the experience we want for you. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue. We recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product.
