“My disposal only had 1 screw in the bag. My contractor had to leave for 50 minutes to get another screw. When he returned and went to install, the missing screw was inside the disposal... this cost me an extra $75. Other than that, everything else seems to be working and good. I will update review in a few mi this.”
“The instructions on the box are not complete! You have to knock out a small disk to let the water flow or you get a flooded floor like I did. Read all instructions very carefully.”
“I bought this to replace same model that started leaking when it was 3-4 years old. Super easy to replace since the old sink drain and mount could remain in place, just unplug, twist off, twist on, plug in. Don't forget to punch out the dishwasher plug if you have one.If you have wood floors in your kitchen I'd recommend using a wide shallow bin to store the under-sink stuff and place it under this unit. The bin is very convenient, slides out like a drawer to access your stuff, plus when the disposal leaks you'll catch the water and notice it there first and prevent bad things happening to your floor.”
