“Picked this model because was what I currently had. Just undid drain pipe and twisted the clamp, old one came off, put new one on by attaching drain pipe and twisted the locking clamp, all done and works great. Price was better than all the hardware stores in my area too”
“I replace a Badger 500 that started leaking from the bottom with this since I figured the footprint would be the same but it was so loud my wife almost had me return it but probably felt bad since I spend the evening installing it. I think they made this one louder just to sell their upgraded "quiet mode" line since my old one was never this noisy”
