“After almost 4 years of use, this seat is still in great condition and still works just fine. Nice and heavy (no kids or undergrown adults in the house), easy to lift the top lid and rim without fumbling for the edge. Never have had to retighten the screws or readjust position. Will buy a second one for another newly installed toilet, to replace the uber-cheap plastic seat that came with it.”

“I bought this one to replace a Church seat I installed only three years ago. The plastic seat on the previous one just sheared off one when when I lifted it. No I am not the Incredible Hulk - it just snapped. Installing the replacement was simple because the mounting brackets have not changed so I didn’t need to do more than just open the bracket with a slight twist, place it on the bracket and twist to lock.The seat works quietly and looks fine. Hopefully this one lasts longer than three years.”
“Had to trim the plastic nut to fit , it would run into the toilet and not screw all the way, also it is already starting to wiggle lose, but feels good to use and quality wise”
