Very good pump.

Then, 8 years ago, I found a dingy-looking green Zoeller pump at a garage sale... These pumps are industrial quality, durable, and problem free... I've owned too many sump pumps to count, and will never install anything other than a Zoeller in the future.

This is the second Zoeller water pump I’ve had—this one replaces the first that got stuck in pumping mode and leaked oil. That may be typical for Zoeller or even all pumps. This new one is bigger and handles my heavy water flow. The build is solid, and even though I considered other brands, I stuck with Zoeller for quality. It's not cheap, but effective and quiet except for pipe water noise.

Worked great for just over 3 years. After heavy rain in Florida, the pump died. Post-rain inspection: switch works, impeller clean, motor hums but doesn’t run. It tried to move once or twice, but no success.

Pump works great, solid metal and reinforced plastic. Design avoids clogging. First shipment damaged due to bad packaging, but replacement was well protected. Easy install. Zoeller should improve packaging.

Whisper quiet, heavy, doesn't vibrate. Setup was easy. But packaging is poor — flimsy box and cable was stripped. It's functional, but I had to tape it.

These are very strong pumps and last an average of 10 years with daily use... If they have a weak point it’s the float switch, usually they fail before the main pump does.

A very heavy and well built pump... The top portion that contains the switch is supposed to be a weak link... you could use an inline float switch instead.
