“Easy to install, works well, quiet operation. My wife is very pleased with it. It is heavy so some folks may need a helping hand when attaching to the bottom of the sink. You will need to be familiar with properly hooking up electrical wires. The plumbing is a easy to hook up especially when using PVC. I did buy a sink plumbing kit from the local hardware store to complete installation (~$6.00).”
“This thing is huge but is so quiet. Can't hardly even tell it's on. We mounted it to our copper farm house sink and makes no vibration at all. Only dislike is the rubber seal in the sink which is so tight it makes water hold in the sink but that's also a plus if you drop something in sink you don't have to fish it out of disposal.”
“Great product. Pretty large. Company needs to offer different shaped tubing so that some of the things can be routed differently beneath the sink. It's pretty big and occupies lots of space that pipe need to occupy, or they need to be routed in odd directions. VERY QUIET. I would say that their loudness estmates are overestimating. It's nearly silent.”

Roughly thirty-four hours from placing order to front doorstep.Disposal is larger than InSinkErator Badger unit it replaced making plumbing a bit of a challenge.Noticed it drains a little slower than the old unit, but not enough to be concerned about.The new disposal did arrive short the cover plate over the electrical connections. See pic. Luckily the cover plate from the old unit fit so I did not have to contact the manufacturer for a replacement.”
“Quiet as expected; but drains very slowly - I think it's because of such a small hole in the rubber splash guard. I've considered cutting the hole bigger, kind of like the older model that I replaced - but would hate to make it puke up.”
“We tend to not buy electronically-based items online, but so many good reviews helped us take a chance on this one. Couldn't be happier! We live on a septic system, so still try to be careful about how much food goes down the drain, even after processing through this disposer. We have a couple friends who live in our area who recommended this specific model to us, and after several years on septic, they have not had any issues with either the disposer or their septic system. It also provides some peace of mind to have the fluid automatically added to your run for people like us who sometimes forget to add enzymes to our pipes. It's good that it chops things up so finely, but also is so effective, we had a small breakfast glass turn into near powder in seconds. Not sure how it slipped through the thick rubber flaps, but no harm seemed to be done.”
