“Dealer installed an Aprilaire unit on a new furnace. They last twice as long but cost 4 times as much as the old standard 1-inch filters. Seems no hardware store carries them, and no other brand makes a filter to fit in same unit. Thus, no competition. These work great but relatively expensive to use when compared to old 1-inch filters that were available in numerous stores and made by various brands.”
“Package arrived damaged like it had been sitting in a warehouse for over a year. I kept it and used it though clearly its not the best quality. These filters are very expensive so I will not be buying it from here again.”
