“(UPDATE: I contacted AprilAire about the issues with their filters, and after sending them some photos, they are shipping me a replacement free of charge. Updated from one star to three because of their customer service.)I have used these filters for the past ten years without any issues until now. This is the second two-pack of filters that had the same manufacturing defect -- too much glue on the straps that hold the filter pleats, essentially gluing the pleats together. This makes the filter useless, as it can't expand to its full size. These cost way too much for this shoddy construction. And to have it happen twice in a row is inexcusable.”
