“This is the same air filter the hvac guys used when they installed new system. We are DIYers so we are no strangers to changing air filters. These are accordion style that come in a 4x4x29 box. It arrived undamaged and took 5 minutes to change. Pricey, but they are excellent filters.”

“I agree with other reviewers. This is the third time ordering this filter and every time the box came damaged and open. The filter appears OK but seemed a bit short. I had to stretch it to fit. Not sure if this is a defect or if the material shrunk from improper packaging.I noticed that plumbingsupplyandmore has same filter for same price. Will try them next time.”

Updated from one star to three because of their customer service.)I have used these filters for the past ten years without any issues until now. This is the second two-pack of filters that had the same manufacturing defect -- too much glue on the straps that hold the filter pleats, essentially gluing the pleats together. This makes the filter useless, as it can't expand to its full size. These cost way too much for this shoddy construction. And to have it happen twice in a row is inexcusable.”
