“I had to buy the skinny one because of my split sink. This one really served the purpose. perfect for my needs. My Handy man had no problems installing.”
“It's a decent value and was easy to install. It's a bit louder than the insinkerator that it replaced. Seems to work well so far. It's taller than the insinkerator as well but is narrower.”
“This thing is great! so tiny and makes so much more space, power is perfect for most household needs and is so much quieter than standard box stores contractor models for the same price range.the only way this thing is mildly loud is if you don't have the water running when using I, BUT you should ALWAYS have the water running when using it. I guess some people need to be told this tidbit. the only other thing I can imagine anyone would think is a disturbing sound is when you first start or it stop spinning the metal grinder sometimes click when the are going to slow to spin freely. pretty minor, if this bugs you just pay someone else to clean your kitchen and cook your food”
“I have a rental property where the existing disposal began leaking so I hired a plumber to replace it. He installed a Moen GXP50C disposal and I was very pleased with it. So pleased that when - just weeks later - the disposal at my home began to leak, I bought the same disposal and installed it myself. The installation was straightforward (I hardwired my new disposal so I had to remove the built-in plug and the installation instructions for this were easy to follow). I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet this disposal is -- much quieter than my old GE disposal. It chops up stuff very efficiently (I try to limit how much stuff I shove down into the disposal). Vegetable pieces and egg shells are a breeze. The price I paid was extremely reasonable, so I think the value for your money is outstanding. Thus, 5 stars. Highly recommend.”
