“Kit received with rain cap web broken from end crush in factory box. Replacement also arrived in same state. The plumbingsupplyandmore shipping cartons showed no distress. If you receive and turn end to end and hear small pieces tumbling, the rain cap web(s) are shattered. Items are damaged before shipment by plumbingsupplyandmore. I expect that I would rate the product 5 star if received intact. But I am somewhat concerned that the plastic used is brittle.”
“Good as manufactured if used for “standard” installation but not if additional length is needed. Need schedule 24 pvc for center section which may be hard to find.”
“Instead of drilling two 3" holes, one for air intake, and the other for exhaust, this kit only use one 4 1/2" hole for both duct work. You just need to run two 3" PVC pipe (one from in-take port and one from exhaust port) from the water heater to this kit.”
