“The shipping is terrible for this item. The first pipe came in cracked and broken in several pieces. The box was beat up, but the way it was packed was the problem. The top piece is right up again the cardboard. One drop and its ruined! So you think you have everything ready to go then you find yourself WAITING for another piece to arrive. Be sure to order the Oatey 14208 4-Inch Carded RC-4 Collar to use with it. Good luck and check the pipe before you schedule an install.”
