Product was $20 dollars cheaper than my local hardware store. It arrived in the same packaging I saw on the shelves. Video tutorial was spot on.

Anyone who's been in a home any amount of time knows that eventually the faucet will leak because of O-rings and or seals. Well, this product is the answer. My shower faucet would drip even after being supposedly shut off. Now it doesn't. The existing faucet cartridge may not easily come out even when using the special puller. You then must break it out in pieces. Be careful not to damage the inside diameter of the valve because that's what seals against the seals of the cartridge. After that you are good to go with zero drips.

Replaced an 8 year old valve (see photo) with a new one and it's so much easier to turn now. Not only is the temperature control more precise, but the shower handle will no longer come loose from the force previously to operate. High Return on Effort (ROE) here!

We originally used an off brand cartridge which made a very loud noise when the faucet was turned on. After some research we found that was a common problem with the off brands so we ordered the Moen cartridge replacement. It does not make the sound, which is great! I would have given it 5 stars but the lubricant that comes in the package is not good! We put the included lubricant on the cartridge and installed it, after having to shove it in quite forcefully, the faucet would then not turn off at all!!We took the cartridge out and one of the side pieces of rubber totally fell apart! Luckily, we had the old cartridge so we used one of those rubber pieces. We then put the silicone faucet grease on all of the rubber parts. The cartridge went in so easy this time!! And it works with no noise!
