“Man, such a difference! With basically everything else in my kit having knurling, it felt strange to not have it on the blocks as well. Hammer curls feel more stable, it's easier to get a full rounded grip on these and do a sturdy thumb tuck when doing lunges or RDLs. If you do a lot of standing movements, this makes a big difference. Powerblock should make this standardized across their line.”
