These things have not disappointed. In fact, I use them almost as frequently as I use the regular handles. What I love most is the rotatable/lockable grip! These place the weights at just the right height and angle for many excercises I like to do, including bent over rows. They also work great for carries. I bought a pair, and am glad that I did, because I can train with a partner or solo, depending on the work I'm doing. Very happy with these!”
