“It's pretty decent. It is definitely an improvement over the kettlebell attachment I had with my previous adjustable dumbbells. I like that the handle can rotate 90°. The trade-off for not using a traditional kettlebell is the sheer size of the dumbbells at higher weights, but that's to be expected.”
“The kettlebell handle is good for a few things but poor for others. Kettlebell swings, abdominal twists is all I can use it for. However, it is not good for goblet squats like I imagined it would be. When you add weight, the powerblock plates push out from the chest and holding the weight in front causes strain to the lower back. You can turn the kettlebell handle so the weight is horizontal, but then gripping from the front is uncomfortable as well since the plates push from your wrists.”
“Works flawlessly. Very well thought out with the rotating handle for different position of the weight depending on the exercise you are doing. Solid metal build in the handle with a light knurling. Makes me want the knurled handles for the powerblock. Great for hinges and farmer carries. I’ve done cleans and swings with this. No issues”
“Absolutely love the PowerBlock Pro 100 Kettlebell handles! I recently bought two and have been using them everyday with no issues whatsoever, even up to 100 lbs. This is a very cost effective way to have kettlebells in increments of 10 lbs. Highly recommend!”
“Fantastic, I needed something to keep me active between calls since I work from home now. This is great to use in my office when I can’t make it out to my home gym.”
“Excellent feel and functionality. Would purchase again. It has a textured grip feeling which might tick off some of you, but it works great for me. The feature that allows you to switch the orientation of the weight stack is amazing.
FYI, this does not fit the old PowerBlock PRO EXP 90 or PowerBlock PRO. Do not buy if you don’t have the new PowerBlock PRO EXP 100.”
