“I love this set! I find it’s great for lighter weight exercises or preventative/corrective exercises. I find that at lighter weights the power block sets that have adder weights can be slightly unbalanced. It’s not a huge issue but I like how balanced the Sport 24 set feels at lighter weights. I would absolutely recommend this set for people who don’t need to lift heavy.”

TIP - either buy the optional stand or put the powerblock on an elevated surface when using. If you try to change weight with it on the floor it is hard to see the colors and could misalign.”
