Also had some quality control issues with the paint. Decent product and they replaced the defective parts, but for the price expected better quality and made in the USA.”

I wanted the space and cost savings Powerblock offered, and was willing to make a sacrifice for what I expected to be bulky and awkward dumbbells. To my satisfaction, these dumbbells are fantastic and not uncomfortable whatsoever. The customer support team was very responsive and helpful as well. I am glad that I opted to purchase the Powermax stand. It allows for convenient weight changes without having to kneel on the floor and turning your head cockeyed to see what you’re doing. That said, I would still recommend buying these if you did not want to buy a stand. Thus far I am extremely pleased with this purchase. No longer having to deal with time consuming dumbbell assembly and changes with standard weight plates, handles and collars that come loose is the absolute best.”
