“Although this is a phenomenal product, I cannot get past the cheap plastic retainer clips (which are REQUIRED for the product to actually work). Replacements are 'conveniently' offered on the website, however, they're sold out. They cut corners to make a quick buck on what would otherwise be a 5 star product. The product cost way too much for me to open up the box to plastic retainer clips.”
