“Opened parcel with excitement as it was going to be a wedding present. What disappointment! Half a word missing in the text and half a name in the tiles!! Unbelievable! I know I double checked all the details and made sure I didn’t use too many characters. There was no way of checking my order and no paperwork in the parcel! Will have to find the time to phone or email now to sort this out.”
