“Haven't received it yet, so cannot comment on the quality, etc. My 'Very poor' rating relates to the length of time it is taking to arrive. I had an email 30/1/19 saying that 'Despatched', but ten days has since elapsed since then, and nothing. I emailed the company 7/2/19 querying the delay, and saying that I must have by 9/2.19 at without fail. They did not reply.”
