“The whole process was great. Due to an upper front bridge I Chose a lower splint with no upper impressions. When I told customer support, they explained the value of doing the upper impression for a lower splint but were fine with my decision not to do it. The kit they sent had everything needed and the impression process went very smooth. I took photos of the final impression and sent to them for review by the lab to save time in case there were problems. They replied within 2 days that there was an 80% probability the impression was good. I sent it in and my splint was in my hands in a week. It was a perfect fit and after a few nights of wearing it the aching jaw and teeth every morning from clinching ceased. Still not crazy about wearing it but if you need it as I do, these are the folks that can make it happen and for much less than most dentists!”
