“The guard I had from my b dentist was bulky and uncomfortable something adjustment just doesn't fix, I ordered this one and it fits well and is comfortable to wear. I have never had signs of grinding but have been told I chew and chomp in my sleep. As such I figured the soft guard would be the best option. I gave a 4 instead of a 5 though because it feels like the back molars make a little heavier contact than the premolars and the rest of the front theeth. Being a soft guard it doesn't seem to matter much though, but I imagine if it had been a hard guard I might have had to ask for adjustment.
