“Ordered teeth guard in April 2020, process was good, guard fits well, however a disgusting foreign substance must have fell into my teeth guard during the manufacturing process, and is embedded in the guard. I couldn’t wear it for that reason, but it was my fault for not returning it immediately. My teeth grinding was pretty light then, so I just didn’t bother with it. In October 2021, I notified ProTeeth of this situation, but was told they only keep the mold for one year, so they couldn’t do anything for me, and that had I notified them earlier they would have redone the guard. Yes, my fault for not doing so, but I thought the situation was so unusual and ‘bad’ for lack of a better word, that they would do something to remedy the horrible situation. They did offer me 25% off, but I don’t think that is a satisfactory offer, considering the situation.”

“I'll start by saying I hate night guards. I've owned several and never been able to make it through the night with them because of the terrible jaw pain they cause. When my dentist told me how badly I needed one, I balked at the $500 price she quoted, but decided to search the internet.
