“When my order arrived it was unfortunately broken......I guess Aus Post failed to notice the "fragile" tape and the word "Glass" in big black letters on the box! The photo frame was well packaged, so I suspect it wasn't handled with care in transit. The customer service I received was great. I submitted a claim request form via the FAQ's link on their website, which was very user friendly. The online form allowed me to upload an image of the damage. It was after 5pm on Friday when I submitted the form, and I know that they are not open on over the weekend. I got a response first thing on Monday morning advising me a replacement would be sent, and they provided me with the courier details and tracking number. The replacement frame arrived the next day (Tuesday)....a very quick turn around from NSW to VIc. The photo frame is beautiful. I would recommend Profile Products, and will definitely order from them again.”
