“Promescent works great yet you do have to start with a small dose and increase it slightly. Two wasn't enough for me. Then I tried three, then four. Four seems to do the job for me. One note: I applied and then waited ten minutes for the dose to work. I washed thoroughly yet my wife said she could still taste some of the product, a chemical taste, during oral. Not a deal breaker for me just need to change the game plan. Good price for the product and it was sent and delivered promptly.”

“Promescent works. Easy to apply, clean, smells actually kinda good. I was able to increase my duration about 8X and seem to just keep going in different positions. Pounded my wife and she was very satisfied. Even later on when I wasn’t using the product, I felt that I was a little more relaxed with confidence, and was able to have longer endurance. My wife did, however, note that she felt a little bit of burning sensation afterwards. I did use the product as advised and waited 10 minutes prior to intercourse without a condom.”

“As instructed, I applied the spray and left it for 10 minutes. For a bit, there was an unexpected burning sensation sort of like icy hot. After 10 minutes, I cleaned the area with a soapy cloth. The spray certainly muted the sensation during sex exactly the way I expected. That part deserves 5 stars! However, the muted sensation lasted far longer than I expected. It was probably 48 hours before full feeling returned which made it challenging to get another erection. I only used 4 sprays. I docked a star on the review for the unexpected burning and lengthy effect. In the future, I'll try just 2 sprays and see if I get the same muted sensation without the negative side effects I mentioned.”

“This product helped me last longer but after only 2 sprays I got really soft to the point that it bothered my partner. I tried with one spray and applying to a smaller surface area but that didn’t do anything.”
