“As a young man, I generally had plenty of stamina in the sheets with my wife. However, getting older (mid-40s) I have had issues for a while now with PE (at least for my own standards). Started doing some research online and the Promescent Delay Spray seemed like a good solution. It has many positive reviews (pretty much 4 stars + across an aggregate of sites) and was listed as one of the more rigorously tested varieties of lidocaine spray. It is a bit pricey, which may influence me to try some less expensive alternatives, but I wanted to leave this review because I am very pleased with the effectiveness of the product itself. Used about 2-3 sprays my first time and had a nice experience. Today I used 3 sprays thinking my wife would be ready in 15 minutes, but it ended up being almost an hour so I topped on another 2 sprays and waited the 10 minutes after that. May have been a bit much, as my head felt little to no sensation, but even so it was really worth it to see the pleasure my wife was getting out of it. Might have ended up getting almost 30 minutes of penetration. My wife was loving it so much she was telling me this makes her want to suck it, but she didn't want me to get up to wash my penis. I kept pounding away and took a rain check. I figured I can get all the sensation I need from oral with no spray later.”

“I wish I learned about this product years ago!!! The first time using it was a little tricky because I didn’t feel it right away so I sprayed more than recommended, however, once it kicked it I could feel the difference immediately. The interesting part is you can still feel everything but the pulsing sensation that you usually get just before cuming doesn’t happen. I would say we went for a good 40 – 50 minutes. The second time I didn’t spray as much and it still gave me the extended “power” I needed, the session went on for about an hour and she was extremely satisfied, in her words “I’ve never been f* like that before””
